Kwik-Shift handles a wide range of transport and logistics needs, from collecting a single parcel or moving house furniture, to transporting vehicles, plant machinery, and pallets, or shipping goods internationally. If it needs to move, Kwik-Shift can handle it.

Your personal contact details are kept private until you actively choose to engage directly. Transporters can see your job details but not your personal information. Similarly, Shippers won't receive a Transporter's personal contact detail. Kwik-Shift provides platform based Live Messaging.

Simply complete the job submission form with the details of what you need moved or collected. The process is quick and straightforward, and there is no cost to post a job.

That depends on the nature and value of your job. Once posted, any registered Transporter whose services match your requirements can respond with a bid through the platform. You'll receive a notification as bids come in.

All bids and responses are visible on your personal dashboard, making it easy to compare. Each Transporter carries a rating from previous Shippers, giving you a clear picture of their track record before you commit. All Transporters must complete Stripe identity and payout verification before they can be hired — so you always know you are dealing with a legitimate, payment-verified carrier.

Once your job is completed, we'll invite you to return to the platform and rate your Transporter. Your feedback helps other Shippers make better informed decisions and rewards the best Transporters with greater visibility.

Register as a Transporter and you'll gain access to job postings that match your services. Browse available projects, express interest, and submit your quote directly through your personal dashboard. To be hired, you must complete Stripe Connect setup — this allows us to transfer 20% of your net earnings to you the moment a shipper pays, with the remaining 80% following on delivery.

Yes. Whether you are an individual, a courier, a haulage company, or a worldwide shipping specialist, you can register as a Transporter and start bidding on relevant jobs.

You won't receive a Shipper's personal contact information until they actively choose to engage with you following your quote. This protects both parties and keeps all early stage communication on the platform. Kwik-Shift provides Live Platform Messaging.

After a job is completed, the Shipper is invited to leave a rating for your services on the platform. Positive ratings enhance your profile, improve your visibility in job listings, and help you win more work.

There are four plans:

• Free (Starter) — £0/month, 15% service fee, up to 5 bids per day.
• Weekly — £9.99/week, 10% service fee, unlimited bids.
• Monthly — £29/month, 5% service fee, unlimited bids.
• Pro — £49/month, 3% service fee, unlimited bids.

Paid plans also include a Verified User Badge and Priority Listing Visibility.

The service fee is a percentage applied to jobs completed through the platform. The fee reduces as you move up through the plans from 15% on the free Starter plan down to just 3% on the Pro plan. Upgrading to a paid plan can quickly offset the subscription cost if you are completing regular jobs.

High value jobs are those worth over £150. Free Starter members must wait 4 hours before they can view and bid on these jobs. Weekly members have a 2 hour wait. Monthly and Pro members get immediate access as soon as a high value job is posted, giving them a significant competitive advantage.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. The Weekly plan offers maximum flexibility with billing on a week-by-week basis. The Monthly and Pro plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment required. Choose the plan that works best for you and your business or circumstances.

No. Posting jobs on Kwik-Shift is completely free for Shippers. Subscription plans apply to Transporters only.

Every Transporter on Kwik-Shift is verified through Stripe Identity before they can accept a single job. Stripe independently confirms their identity and personal details, meaning no unverified individual can operate on the platform. Each verified Transporter also carries a Verified Badge on their profile, so you always know exactly who you are dealing with before you commit.

All payments are processed and protected by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. When you hire a Transporter, 20% of their net earnings is released to them immediately as a hire deposit — giving them confidence to start the job. The remaining 80% is held securely by Stripe and is only released once you personally confirm delivery using your unique 4-digit code. Kwik-Shift never touches your money directly. Your financial details are protected entirely within Stripe's secure infrastructure.

When your job is ready for delivery, you receive a secure 4-digit confirmation code that is unique to your delivery. This code is yours alone, the Transporter cannot confirm completion without it, which means payment cannot be released until you personally verify that your goods have arrived. Throughout the entire journey you can track your delivery live through the Kwik-Shift platform. Regular status updates are pushed to you at every stage, from collection right through to final delivery, so you are never left wondering where your consignment is.
